协鑫新能源(00451.HK)中期纯利上升19%至4.10亿元
格隆汇8月6日丨协鑫新能源(00451.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司实现收入31.73亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长17%；毛利21.41亿元，同比增长15%；除息税折旧及摊销前溢利为29.60亿元，同比增长30%；公司拥有人应占溢利4.10亿元，同比增长19%；基本每股盈利2.15分，不派息。
收入大幅增长主要由于光伏电站电力销量增长22%，原因为2018年加强开发光伏电站及于2019年全面并网所致。中国平均电价(扣除税项)为约每千瓦时0.74元。平均电价降低主要由于政府自2018年7月1日采纳之电价下调及我们若干项目的竞争性竞标电价。
期内，公司拥有人应占溢利上升19%，主要归因于以下综合影响：光伏电站的电力销量由2018年约37.65亿千瓦时上升22%至约45.77亿千瓦时；行政开支由2.50亿元增至3.73亿元，是由于2018年迅速扩展後的开支的全期影响所致；由于资本化利息开支减少9300万元，平均利率上升，导致融资成本由10.62亿元增加34%至14.19亿元；汇兑亏损由2018年同期的2.09亿元减少至1600万元。汇兑亏损主要由于美元及港元计值的债务兑人民币升值所致；期间出售附属公司及合营企业收益8200万元，而2018年同期为3300万元；及2019年上半年，因业务合并而产生的议价购买7400万元。
公告称，公司于上半年积极面对国内外复杂严峻的形势，以及多方面的挑战，奋勇向着清晰的发展目标前行，全力推进落实战略转型发展，取得令人振奋的成果。为了巩固业务并达致长远的成功发展，2019上半年集团以保障现金流为首要发展目标，聚焦于战略转型、融资拓展、严控成本、强化管理及改革推进等推动可持续发展的工作。
此外，于期内，扣除已出售资产后，集团总装机容量约7,182兆瓦，已并网容量约7,038兆瓦。
