兴证国际(06058.HK)委任黄奕林为董事会主席
格隆汇8月5日丨兴证国际(06058.HK)宣布,杨华辉因需投入更多时间及精力于其他工作,已辞任非执行董事及董事会主席,自2019年8月6日起生效。辞任后,杨华辉不再担任公司提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
进一步宣布,黄奕林获委任为董事会主席,自2019年8月6日起生效,此外,黄奕林获委任为提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
另宣布,黄金光获委任为董事会副主席,自2019年8月6日起生效。
