玖源集团(00827.HK)预计中期业绩取得亏损
格隆汇8月2日丨玖源集团(00827.HK)公告,虽然截至2019年6月30日止6个月管理费用较去年同期有所下降,但由于原料天然气价格上调,同时尿素,甲醇及合成氨的市场价格比去年下跌,特别是甲醇和合成氨产品价格有较大跌幅,故该集团经营毛利亦大幅下跌,与及该公司发行的可换股债券拨备的估值损失,因此董事局预期该集团2019年财政年度上半年将录得亏损。随着完成发行可换股债券,故董事局有信心改善该集团的财政状况。
