裕兴科技(08005.HK)料中期业绩扭亏为盈至9000万港元
格隆汇7月30日丨裕兴科技(08005.HK)公告,截至2019年6月30日止6个月未经审核综合业绩,与截至2018年6月30日止6个月录得重大亏损约2.39亿港元相比,集团预计录得公司拥有人应占重大溢利约9000万港元。
该溢利主要由于以下因素:(i)由于期内股票市场大幅反弹,集团录得于损益账按公平值处理的金融资产╱负债公平值净收益约9430万港元;及(ii)期内并无发行及未偿还的可换股债券,因此期内并无录得摊销利息开支。
