中国信达(01359.HK)及中国长城资产管理入股锦州银行(00416.HK)
锦州银行(00416.HK)宣布,接到包括中企发展投资(北京)在内的部分股东通知,称在地方政府和金融监管部门的支持及指导下,其已向工商银行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)旗下工银投资、中国信达(01359.HK)全资附属信达投资及中国长城资产管理转让其持有的部份锦州银行内资股。
锦州银行指据其所知,向工银投资及信达转让的内资股分别占该行已发行普通股股份10.82%及6.49%。
锦州银行董事会相信工银投资、中国信达及中国长城资产的投资,将进一步提高该行的公司治理水平及管理和对抗风险能力,并将推动该行未来的发展。
中国信达表示,此次投资为公司附属公司信达投资的财务性投资。投资是公司发挥专业优势,服务实体经济,支持国家金融供给侧结构性改革而作出的投资事项。
锦州银行自今年4月1日停牌,其原核数师安永在6月初辞任,由国富浩华接任核数,该行早前预计将於8月底前刊发2018年年度业绩。
