标普华南城(1668.HK)持续减债评级展望调整至“正面”
国际信贷评级机构标准普尔宣布,预期华南城(1668.HK)合约销售稳步增长,收购土地态度克制以及经常性收入上升,将今该公司可以持续减债,因此确认其“B-”长期发行人评级,并将其评级展望调整至“正面”。
标普预计,华南城流动性将温和改善,预测2020财年的营运现金流可增至约30亿港元。
标普指出,若华南城的合约销售及营运表现加强,例如债务对EBITDA改善至9倍以下,以及EBITDA利息覆盖保持在1.5倍或以上,则标普可能调升其评级。
