格隆汇7月25日丨阜博集团(03738.HK)发布公告,公司董事会获非执行董事J David Wargo先生告知,于2019年7月22日,Wargo先生于市场上收购550万股公司股份,总代价约为1584万港元(平均价格约为每股股份2.88港元)。收购事项充分体现Wargo先生对公司总体发展前景及增长潜力的信心。
紧随收购事项后,Wargo先生共有16,015,339股股份的权益,占于公告日期公司已发行股本总数的约3.77%。
