港股异动|周大福续跌近4%Q2港澳同店销售同比跌11%遭大行“沽售”

格隆汇7月25日丨周大福(1929.HK)昨日收跌6.62%,今日续跌,盘中低见7.57港元,创6月27日以来近一个月新低。现报7.6港元,跌3.8%,暂成交4435万港元,最新总市值760亿港元。周大福上周二(16日)公布二季度业绩称,期内香港及澳门同店销售减少11%,主要由于港澳市场受到高基数的影响及宏观环境不明朗令消费气氛审慎。里昂昨日发表研报称,香港近期发生的事件将影响零售环境及内地旅客访港数量,料周大福之港澳业务将进一步去营运杠杆,高基数亦将影响表现。将评级自“跑赢大市”降至“沽售”,下调其2020至2022财年盈测约5%,目标价自7.9港元下调至7.6港元。
