交通银行(03328.HK)社保基金将于未来三个月减持不超7.43亿股公司A股
格隆汇7月24日丨交通银行(03328.HK)公布,今日,该公司收到社保基金会来函通知:截至7月24日,社保基金会未减持该公司股份。未来三个月内,社保基金会将视市场情况减持,减持不超过7.43亿股A股,即不超过该公司已发行普通股股份总数的1%。
上述情况与此前社保基金会的减持股份计划一致。社保基金会已将该公司7.43亿股A股划转至委托的证券公司,由其独立自主管理,可通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持,减持价格视市场价格确定,并应符合相关法律法规及监管规则要求。
