匯控(00005.HK)將於8月5日審議中期業績及第二次股息
匯豐控股(00005.HK)公布,將於今年8月5日召開董事會下設委員會會議,審議截至今年6月30日止六個月之中期業績公告及今年度第二次普通股股息之宣派。
待董事會議通過後,今年第二次股息將於今年9月26日派發予於今年8月16日登記於英國主要股東名冊、香港海外股東分冊或百慕達海外股東分冊之股份持有人。在倫敦、香港、巴黎及百慕達買賣的匯豐普通股及在紐約買賣的美國預託股份將於今年8月15日除息報價。
