国寿(02628.HK)出资30亿人民币夥母企组合夥企业
中国人寿(02628.HK)公布关连交易,拟於今年底前与包括控股股东全资附属国寿产业及独立第三方雄安基金管理成立合夥企业---河北雄安白洋淀生态环保基金,期限十五年。合夥企业出资总额80.02亿人民币(下同)。其中,公司将出资30亿元,持股37.49%。
合夥企业所投领域为白洋淀生态环保项目,涉及水务、固废处理等行业。
