中国人寿(02628.HK)拟出资30亿元成立合营投资白洋淀生态环保项目
格隆汇7月23日丨中国人寿(02628.HK)公告，公司及其他投资者(各方均作为有限合伙人)拟于2019年12月31日前，与雄安基金管理及国寿产业(各方均作为普通合伙人)订立合伙协议，藉以成立合伙企业。
合伙企业全体合伙人认缴出资总额为人民币80.02亿元，其中，公司认缴出资人民币30亿元。国寿资及雄安基金管理将分别作为合伙企业的管理人及投资顾问。
合伙企业将主要投资于下列项目：(1)符合国家对于雄安新区整体规划，对雄安新区区域内公用事业及生态环境保护、基础设施完善起促进作用的环保运营类项目。其中，行业选择上应涵盖与环保运营相关的能源(石油、天然气、电力)、交通(道路、桥梁、铁道、机场)、市政(管廊、水务、垃圾处理、热力、环境综合治理)行业；(2)雄安新区区域内生态旅游开发、特色小镇及园区开发运营、生态环保领域科技创新、产业研发、白洋淀流域生态环保类重点项目；及(3)符合国家对于雄安新区整体规划，服务于雄安新区区域内的其他产业类项目。
合伙企业所投领域为白洋淀生态环保项目，涉及水务、固废处理等行业，具有项目资金规模大、期限长、现金流稳定、区域性垄断等特点；多数项目为政府付费项目，项目运行期间分红有保障，符合保险资金配置需求。通过次交易，公司将与雄安新区管委会建立深度的战略合作关系，为后续更深层次的合作奠定基础。次交易亦是公司践行社会责任，支持美丽中国建设的重要体现。
