工商银行(01398.HK)赎回240亿元次级债券
格隆汇7月23日丨工商银行(01398.HK)发布公告,2009年7月16日–20日,该行在全国银行间债券市场发行了规模为人民币400亿元的次级债券,并于2009年7月22日发布了《关于次级债券发行完毕的公告》。该期债券包括三个品种。根据债券募集说明书中的相关规定,其中品种二设有发行人赎回选择权,该行有权在债券第10个计息年度的最后一日(即2019年7月20日,因遇休息日,顺延至其后第一个工作日2019年7月22日),按面值全额赎回该品种债券。
截至公告日,该行已行使赎回权,全额赎回了该品种面值共计人民币240亿元的次级债券。
