野村六福(0590.HK)首财季同店销售疲弱续看好周大福(1929.HK)
野村发表研究报告指,六福(0590.HK)2020财年首季同店销售按年下跌10%,香港及澳门和中国地区分别下跌10%及7%,同店销售进一步疲弱。该行指,珠宝行业中继续看好周大福(1929.HK),主要由于其出众的销售表现优于同行,以及香港市场收入贡献低,本港市场不明朗因素正增加。
野村表示,基于六福2020财年的市盈率为10倍,该行维持其“中性”投资评级,目标价维持25.4港元。该行指,虽然内地的自营店有低单位数增长,但仍逊于内地周大福11%的同店销售增长。而香港市场,周大福首财季录得11%按年下跌。
