惠誉连降亿达中国(03639.HK)信贷评级两级至「CCC」
评级机构惠誉公布,下调亿达中国(03639.HK)长期外币发行人违约评级,由「B-」连降两级至「CCC」。报告指,公司评级自今年4月以来被进一步下调,以反映流动性风险加剧及融资渠道转弱。由於资产出售进展缓慢,亦导致亿达中国偿还离岸票据的不确定性增加。
惠誉表示,亿达取得融资情况恶化,部分金融机构自4月起拒绝为其现有债务提供再融资,或发放新贷款时要求添加对持有其61%权益的母企中民投的额外条款。
