廣州非住宅存量房可申請改造為租賃住房
據《新華社》報道,廣州市相關部門昨日(16日)發布新規定,提出為促進住房租賃市場健康發展,市內符合條件的非住宅存量用房,可向有關部門申請改造租賃住房,原土地使用年限和用地性質等不變。
廣州市規劃和自然資源局和廣州市住房和城鄉建設局聯合印發《廣州市商業、商務辦公等存量用房改造租賃住房工作指導意見》,希望優化當地各類用房功能結構,切實提高租賃住房的有效供給。
據了解,此次意見的適用範圍及類型包括已建成、已辦理土地有償使用手續或已辦理初始登記的商業及商業辦公混合等類型非住宅存量用房,以棟或相對獨立部分為單位按規定改建為租賃住房。
