周大福(01929.HK)二季度中国内地同店销售按年升11%港澳同店销售跌11%
格隆汇7月16日丨周大福(01929.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止3个月，中国内地零售值增长24%，香港及澳门零售值减少6%；中国内地同店销售增长11%，香港及澳门同店销售减少11%；中国内地同店销量增长减少3%，香港及澳门同店销量增长减少14%。
公告称，中国内地的同店销售保持增长势头并于季内录得11%的升幅。然而，香港及澳门市场受到高基数的影响及宏观环境不明朗令消费气氛审慎，导致同店销售下跌。
中国内地珠宝镶嵌首饰的同店销售增长稳健，增幅达8%。来自新零售点的贡献增加亦推动珠宝镶嵌首饰零售值增长至18%。香港及澳门珠宝镶嵌首饰的同店销售则於季内下跌16%，此乃由于消费者抑制消费所致。中国内地珠宝镶嵌首饰的同店平均售价为6,200港元，香港及澳门珠宝镶嵌首饰的同店平均售价则为10,100港元。
由于已售黄金产品的平均单件重量增加及周大福传承系列的成功，季内中国内地黄金产品同店销售增长12%。中国内地黄金产品的平均售价於季内跃升至4,800港元，香港及澳门黄金产品的平均售价则为8,600港元。与去年同期相比，季内国际平均金价持平。
集团季内于中国内地净开设115个零售点，包括净开设113个周大福珠宝零售点(其中18个为直营店及95个为加盟店)、3个MONOLOGUE零售点、3个SOINLOVE零售点，并关闭3个周大福钟表零售点及1个HEARTS ON FIRE零售点。在香港、澳门及其他市场，集团开设3个周大福珠宝零售点，分别位於新加坡、韩国及菲律宾，并於台湾关闭4个HEARTS ON FIRE零售点。于2019年6月30日，集团合共有3,248个零售点。
