港股异动|物管股普涨新城悦服务升逾10%领涨
格隆汇7月16日丨物业管理股继上周连续三日走强后,今日再次普涨。新城悦服务(1755.HK)升逾10%领涨,奥园健康、国锐地产涨逾4%,佳兆业物业涨逾2%。个股方面,雅生活服务、永升生活服务上周均发盈喜称,预期上半年纯利将录得大幅增长;新城悦因实控人涉猥亵事件大跌后,近7个交易日累计反弹逾50%;佳兆业物业将于本周四(18日)更名为“佳兆业美好”。中金最新发表研报指,物管公司在园区增值服务方面有挖掘空间,同时龙头公司有潜力以较低成本进入其他相关细分领域、拓宽业务范围、增加公司利润,故建议今年下半年物业管理板块选增长质量高、盈利确定性强的龙头目标。推荐碧桂园服务、中海物业及永升生活服务。
