中国银行(03988.HK)“中行优3”将于7月17日起挂牌转让
格隆汇7月12日丨中国银行(03988.HK)公布,2019年6月10日,中国证券监督管理委员会发行审核委员会审核了该行非公开发行优先股申请。根据审核结果,该行非公开发行优先股申请获得通过。该行于2019年6月14日收到中国证监会《关于核准中国银行股份有限公司非公开发行优先股的批复》,核准该行非公开发行不超过10亿股优先股。本次优先股采用分次发行方式,首次发行7.3亿股。
经上海证券交易所同意,该行本次发行优先股将于2019年7月17日起在上海证券交易所综合业务平台挂牌转让。
