港股异动|物业管理股持续走强新股和泓服务升逾47%领涨
格隆汇7月12日丨物业管理股连续第三日走强。今日上市的和泓服务(6093.HK)升47.66%领涨,新城悦服务、碧桂园服务涨逾3%,雅生活服务、彩生活涨逾1%。近日,物管股个股利好不断。雅生活服务、永升生活服务均预期上半年纯利将录得大幅增长;新城悦因实控人涉猥亵事件大跌后,本周已5连升累涨近38%。中信证券近日发布研报指,物业管理或位于风口。存量社区养护的难题已经引起了社会广泛关注,而未来制度改革的破局,则可能推动物业管理行业进一步走向市场化。高盛普遍上调物管股目标价,瑞银亦首次覆盖中国物管业,看好行业长期增长以及轻资产的商业模式。
