中科光电(08111.HK)主要股东百好拟出售2.18亿股公司股份
格隆汇7月11日丨中科光电(08111.HK)公布,于2019年7月11日,公司主要股东百好投资有限公司与一名个人独立第三方订立买卖协议,百好已同意向买方出售其所持有的2.18亿股该公司股份(占公司已发行股本总数约11.87%)。
于本公布日期,百好由执行董事、本公司主席兼本公司行政总裁赵东平先生及袁庆兰女士分别拥有70%及30%权益。袁女士为赵先生配偶。待出售事项完成后,百好将不再为主要股东并将不再于任何股份中拥有权益。
