《復牌公告》開易控股(02011.HK)控股權溢價24%易手
開易控股(02011.HK)公布,股東耀帝向獨立第三方包括China Sun、Central Eagle及Golden Diamond轉讓70.16%股權,涉及3.26億股股份,總代價5.47億元,相當於每股作價1.677元。完成後,買方須按例提出強制性全面要約,每股現金作價1.677元,較停牌前溢價24.22%。涉資約2.33億元。
完成後,聯合要約人擬維持股份之上市地位,並繼續專注發展於中國的現有業務。
公司股份申請周四(11日)恢復買賣。
