永升生活(01995.HK)料中績多賺逾九成股價漲14%再破頂同業普遍升逾2%-6%
去年12月才以每股1.78元來港上市的內地快速增長的物管股永升生活服務(01995.HK)料中績多賺逾90%，該股承昨天逆市升6%勢頭，今天進一步升破上月中旬所創上市高位3.85元，最高見4.11元，現造4元，急漲14%，成交倍增至715萬股，涉資2,818萬元。永升發盈喜指，受惠集團物業在管建築面積增加及來自對非業主增值服務與社區增值服務收入增加推動，預計上半年純利將較去年同期4,120萬人民幣增逾90%。
其餘內地物管股也普遍造好，尤其是碧桂園服務(06098.HK)最高見18.88元，受制上周所創上市高位19.1元，現造18.74元，回升4.3%；中海物業(02669.HK)重越20天及10天線(4.14元)，最高見4.23元，現造4.19元，回升4.5%。雅生活服務(03319.HK)由近11個月高位連吐兩天守穩10天線，今天高見14.58元，現造14.5元，回升3%。
奧園健康生活(03662.HK)重越20天及10天線(4.54元)，最高見4.64元，現造4.62元，回升6.2%。早前受困前非執董王振華因個人原因被刑拘的新城悅(01755.HK)由逾四個半月低位連彈第三天，報6.15元，續升5.1%。彩生活(01778.HK)高見5.41元(剛為10天線)，現造5.38元，回升2.5%。
