港股异动|雅高控股再涨5%11连升累计涨逾100%
格隆汇6月28日丨雅高控股(03313.HK)近期持续上涨,截至目前,以录得11连升累计涨逾100%。现涨5%,报2.1港元,最新总市值60.29亿港元。雅高控股(03313.HK)20日公告,就有关收购物业,该协议的所有先决条件已获达成,及完成于2019年6月20日落实。于完成后,目标公司将成为公司的间接全资附属公司及目标公司的财务业绩将并入公司的综合财务报表。董事会拟出租目标物业,此举将为该集团提供未来稳定收入。值得注意的是,截至去年12月31日止年度将录得重大亏损,而2017年度则录得综合纯利780万元。
