《新股消息》晋商银行(02558.HK)明日起招股入场费4,020.11元
晋商银行(02558.HK)於明天(28日)起至7月11日招股,计划发行8.6亿股H股,其中10%为本港公开发售,90%作国际配售,每股招股价介乎3.8元至3.98元,按一手1,000股计,入场费4,020.11元。股份计划7月18日於联交所主板挂牌上市,联席保荐人为建银国际、中金公司及招银国际。
按中间价每股3.89元计算,集资净额约37.25亿元,公司拟将所得款项净额用於强化资本基础,支持业务的持续增长。
公司引入山西沁新、太原工业园区、辰兴为基础投资者,将合共认购公司1.22亿美元股份。
