据报汇丰银行牵头削减转按现金回赠市场料同业势「跟风」
据本地传媒引述市场消息称,按揭市场「一哥」汇丰银行带头削减转按现金回赠,不论贷款额多少,均由2.07%削减至仅1.5%,以贷款额400万元计,估算转按後业主少赚近2万元。市场预期其他主要银行或「跟风」削减转按回赠。
另外,该行300万元以下的转按贷款,「封顶位」亦由「P减2.75厘」升至「P减2.65厘」,变相将实际利率加至2.475厘。
汇丰发言人回应查询时表示,一向有定期检视按揭息率,并因应市场情况作出调整,优惠利率要视乎个别客户与该行的关系而定。
