《新股消息》晉商銀行(02558.HK)明日起招股入場費4,020.11元
晉商銀行(02558.HK)於明天(28日)起至7月11日招股,計劃發行8.6億股H股,其中10%為本港公開發售,90%作國際配售,每股招股價介乎3.8元至3.98元,按一手1,000股計,入場費4,020.11元。股份計劃7月18日於聯交所主板掛牌上市,聯席保薦人為建銀國際、中金公司及招銀國際。
按中間價每股3.89元計算,集資淨額約37.25億元,公司擬將所得款項淨額用於強化資本基礎,支持業務的持續增長。
公司引入山西沁新、太原工業園區、辰興為基礎投資者,將合共認購公司1.22億美元股份。
