罗兵咸进一步下调本港今年零售销售预测料跌5%至4,600亿元
罗兵咸永道发表最新预测,进一步下调本港今年零售销售预测,由按年跌3%下调至按年跌5%,最新料录4,600亿元,反映今年下半年零售市道在外围市况波动、经济不稳,以及预计旅客人次和消费将下降等多方因素影响,而开始渐趋疲弱。
罗兵咸永道消费市场行业亚太区及香港/中国主管合夥人郑焕然表示,预计本地零售销售及内地旅客人次,在今年余下时间将持续下跌,反映香港消费市场正在放缓。预期电子产品和奢侈品销售将进一步收缩,而保健及美容产品等大众消费品,则料可录得温和增幅。
另外,近期政治及社会动荡,山顶缆车因翻新而暂时停驶,加上欠缺新景点吸引游客,在短期内将降低内地旅客访港兴趣。同时,经济疲弱及贸易纠纷的不确定性,亦为前景带来中长线风险。
