《CNBC》报道,美国医健初创PatientsLikeMe在美国特朗普政府压力下,向美国最大医疗保险商联合健康(UnitedHealth)卖盘,原因为该初创在2017年融资1亿美元时,向腾讯(00700.HK)参与投资的深圳iCarbonX出售大部分股权,遭美国外国投资委员会(CFIUS)调查。

PatientsLikeMe提供网上服务,协助病人寻找类似健康情况的病人。该初创上周三(19日)加入联合健康的研发团队,并向客户表示个人资料不会在未经同意下转移。

早前有报道指,PatientsLikeMe去年收到CFIUS的有关通知,迫使控股股东iCarbonX出售有关持股。
