中国之信集团(08265.HK)完成配售6077.6万股筹资3141万港元
格隆汇6月24日丨中国之信集团(08265.HK)发布公告,2019年6月24日,公司完成配售合共6077.6万股配售股份(相当于紧随完成后本公司已发行股本约2.22%),配售事项所得款项净额约为3141万港元。
所得款项净额中约1926万港元将用作本集团的营运资金以满足任何未来发展及履行责任的需要。所得款项净额中约1215万港元拟用于研发新能源车辆的配套基建,设备及技术,包括但不限于在传统油站应用的充电或充氢系统。
