上海电气(02727.HK)五附属拟引资100亿人民币
上海电气(02727.HK)公布,拟引进工银投资、交银投资、中银投资对五家附属包括电气国贸、电气实业、电机厂、机电设计院和核电设备合计现金增资100亿人民币,用於偿还金融机构借款。
完成後,公司於电气国贸、电气实业、电机厂、机电设计院和核电设备持股分别降至80.6%、51.7%、60.6%、51.2%及57.8%。
