亚洲联合财务斥100亿日圆回购7.27%股权
联合地产(香港)(00056.HK)、联合集团(00373.HK)及新鸿基公司(00086.HK)联合公布,亚洲联合财务(为新鸿基公司之间接非全资附属公司)与卖方(欧力士亚洲资本)订立该协议,据此,卖方同意有条件出售而亚洲联合财务同意有条件购回待售股份,相当於亚洲联合财务全部已发行股份约7.27%,代价为100亿日圆,并自亚洲联合财务之可分派溢利支付。
完成後,亚洲联合财务将由新鸿基实益拥有约62.74%权益。
