火岩控股(08345.HK)联交所原则上批准转主板上市
格隆汇6月19日丨火岩控股(08345.HK)公告,于2018年10月9日,公司就股份由GEM转往主板上市向联交所提出申请。
公司已申请批准(i)3.2亿股已发行股份;及(ii)因购股权计划下可能授出的任何购股权获行使而可能配发及发行的1600万股股份透过本公司由GEM转往主板上市而在主板上市及买卖。
董事会确认,主板上市规则第9A.02条所载转板上市的所有先决条件(就本公司及其股份而言)已于本公告日期达成。联交所于2019年6月19日(星期三)原则上批准转板上市。
