工行(01398.HK)伦敦分行与汇丰及法巴开展绿色融资合作
中国工商银行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)伦敦分行於北京时间6月17日晚间,在伦敦与汇丰银行、法国巴黎银行签署合作协议,共同担任绿色融资协调人和牵头人,正式启动一项绿色融资的筹组。
该笔绿色融资的基本计划是:组成英镑和美元的双币种融资;融资总额预计不超过4亿美元;符合工商银行绿色融资框架的各项要求;融资依据绿色融资框架要求,全部用於绿色项目贷款。该笔绿色融资将对工行现有的广泛可持续性融资组合进行有益的补充。
汇丰银行全球可持续金融业务负责人Daniel Klier表示,该笔融资凸显了汇丰致力於发展绿色贷款市场的承诺和决心,这也是汇丰承诺到2025年末将提供1,000亿美元可持续融资和投资计划的一部份。
