吕志和吁楼市买家关注中美贸易战发展
嘉华(00173.HK)主席吕志和於股东会後指,贸易战是世界问题,但相信对香港楼市影响不大,因仍有需求,不过建议买家应「睇定D」,视乎发展程度,要抱保守态度,认为现时两国不单是嘴上说话,而是正式开战,目前已蔓延至稀土。
他指,近期楼市成交减少,各方面动静减少,相信是大家静待中美贸易战的发展情况。而下半年,公司今年会推启德嘉(峰)汇及嘉林边道豪宅,上海方面有嘉涛湾。
问及退休问题,他指到时候会公布。至於逃犯条例,他回应指「你不犯罪就不用怕」。
