呂志和籲樓市買家關注中美貿易戰發展
嘉華(00173.HK)主席呂志和於股東會後指,貿易戰是世界問題,但相信對香港樓市影響不大,因仍有需求,不過建議買家應「睇定D」,視乎發展程度,要抱保守態度,認為現時兩國不單是嘴上說話,而是正式開戰,目前已蔓延至稀土。
他指,近期樓市成交減少,各方面動靜減少,相信是大家靜待中美貿易戰的發展情況。而下半年,公司今年會推啟德嘉(峰)匯及嘉林邊道豪宅,上海方面有嘉濤灣。
問及退休問題,他指到時候會公布。至於逃犯條例,他回應指「你不犯罪就不用怕」。
