润利海事(02682.HK)发盈警,预计3月止财政年度除税前溢利将较2018年度减少约34%,主要由於年内确认的其他收益减少;港珠澳大桥项目已於去年第三季大致完成,提供定期租船服务予该项目的建设承建商的收益减少;及因其他主要海事建设项目的工程进展延误,集团租赁至该等项目的船舶数量仅自去年第三季度起适度增加。
