保利協鑫能源(03800.HK)與協鑫新能源(00451.HK)聯合公布,保利協鑫與國有企業中國華能集團之附屬中國華能集團香港訂立合作意向協議,可能出售協鑫新能源51%股權。倘落實,可能導致協鑫新能源控制權出現變動及按例提出強制性全面要約。
目前,保利協鑫持有協鑫新能源62.28%股權。聲明強調,有關可能交易之討論尚處於初步探索階段,可能會或不會進行。
兩公司股份申請周三(5日)恢復買賣。
