Terms and Conditions:

2. Promotion period: From 15 March 2025 to 14 June 2025 (both dates inclusive).

3. This promotion is only available to client of uSMART HK who are 18 years old or above, eligible to all uSMART clients (new and existing clients)

4. Sharing an order for US & HK stocks, fractional shares, ETFs, or warrants/bull-bear certificates via the uSMART App to Facebook, X (Twitter), WeChat Moments within 7 calendar days after the transaction to earn one lucky draw opportunity with 100% winning and no limitations. Each shared order qualifies for one chance to win only.

5. The designated social media platforms for this event are Facebook, X (Twitter), and WeChat Moments. Sharing orders on other social media platforms will not qualify for participation in this event.

6. Only orders with an amount of order ≥HK$1 (or equivalent US Dollar) are eligible to participate the lucky draw

7. Customers can participate in the lucky draw within 7 calendar days after completing your order (the deadline for sharing the order is June 8, 2025). Late submissions will be considered as forfeiture of participation.

8. Once the lucky draw has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.

9. Cash coupon are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items. Customers can use one cash coupon once their cumulative trading commissions and platform fees reach the specified amount.

10. Prizes won can be viewed and used in the uSMART APP under "Me" by clicking on the “Reward Center”.

11. Physical prizes will be provided as specified by uSMART, and no exchanges or cash conversions are allowed. uSMART is not the supplier of the prizes. For any inquiries or complaints regarding the prizes, please contact the relevant supplier directly. uSMART do not provide any guarantees for the quality of the prizes or services offered by the supplier, nor responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the prizes or services.

12. For physical prizes, uSMARTwill contact the winner via email within 30 working days after the prize is awarded to arrange collection. The winner must personally collect the prize at the uSMART Hong Kong Sheung Wan Office. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited.

13. For the physical prizes “"Gold-Plated Lion Set, Gold-Plated Banknote, and HSBC Building Crystal Ornament", winners will be notified via email after the event ends (June 14, 2025) regarding the award ceremony details. Winners must personally attend the award ceremony at the uSMART Hong Kong Sheung Wan Office and take a photo with the sponsor. No proxy arrangements are allowed for the ceremony. If the winner is unable to attend the award ceremony, the prize eligibility will be forfeited without further notice. The ownership and usage rights of the photos belong to uSMART, and uSMARTreserves the right to publish the photos on official platforms or any other channels.

14. Customers must hold a valid account with uSMART to use the coupons and prizes.

15. Customers can use the coupons to offset relevant commissions or platform fees if the commissions or platform fees generated during the specified period reach the designated amount.

16. If customers fail to redeem the coupon within 90 days from the date of winning, the coupon will expire. The validity period of the cash coupon and stock redemption vouchers can be referred to in the terms and conditions of each voucher in the “Reward Center”.

17. The value of stock redemption vouchers is calculated based on the stock price and exchange rate after the market closes on February 10, 2025.

18. If the value of the stock reward decreases or becomes worthless due to any corporate actions or other reasons by the listed company, uSMART will not bear any responsibility or compensation, and customers must assume the associated risks.

19. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.

20. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
