Risk Reminder
The risk of options trading is very high. In some situation, the loss bore by customers may exceed the initial margin deposit.
Investors should understand the types of options (Call Options or Put Options) and the related risk they are planning to trade no matter they are buying or selling options.
New clients opening options accounts or existing clients with long positions in options accounts, upon initiating short-selling options trading, will have their account risk management conducted using a new risk indicator PVHC for calculation. The calculation standards differ somewhat from those prior to account activation.
This change may increase the risk management level of client accounts post-activation, potentially leading to margin calls or forced liquidation. Please take note of this risk.
