格隆匯8月20日丨辰興發展(02286.HK)公佈中期業績,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司收入爲人民幣5.92億元,同比增長104.54%;毛利爲人民幣1.81億元,同比增長58.75%;母公司擁有人應佔期內溢利爲人民幣2042.9萬元,同比減少59.88%,每股盈利爲人民幣0.03元。
於報告期內,集團已簽約銷售額約人民幣1.732億元,較去年同期減少約74.1%;簽約總建築面積分別約32,369平方米,較去年同期減少約63.6%。於報告期內,集團的土地儲備面積約3,071,505平方米。
