力高集團(01622.HK)擬額外發行美元優先票據
格隆匯7月19日丨力高集團(01622.HK)發佈公告,公司擬根據原始票據的條款及條件(發行日期、首個付息日及發行價除外)進行進一步國際發售額外美元優先票據(將與2022年到期的2.20億美元11.0%優先票據合併及形成單一系列)。瑞士信貸及渣打銀行將爲建議額外票據發行的聯席全球協調人、聯席賬簿管理人、聯席牽頭經辦人及聯席可持續發展結構顧問。
落實額外票據的條款後,預期瑞士信貸、渣打銀行及公司(其中包括)將訂立購買協議,據此,瑞士信貸及渣打銀行將爲額外票據的初步買方。公司將向新交所申請額外票據於新交所上市及報價。
