德私隱專員促當地政府部門年內關閉Facebook專頁
《路透》報道,德國個人資料保障專員Ulrich Kelber本月稍早致函德國政府部門及機構,要求德國政府機構今年內關閉於社交平臺臉書(Facebook)(FB.US)的賬戶。專員認爲臉書未能改變行爲,以配合德國及歐洲的私隱法例。信中指出臉書沒有爲政府機構提供方法,以符合歐盟規定的方式運作專頁。德國政府不可能在追隨者個人資料被傳送至美國的情況下,於臉書平臺營運粉絲專頁。
Kelber亦指,邀請聊天平臺Clubhouse、短視頻分享程式抖音國際版(TikTok)及臉書的圖像分享應用Instagram亦出現類似問題,建議德國政府機構停止使用有關平臺,直至調查完成。
德國政府官方臉書專頁有逾百萬追隨者,平臺亦成爲官方接觸民衆的重要工具。
