中國華融(02799.HK)接獲聯交所復牌指引 繼續停牌
格隆匯6月22日丨中國華融(02799.HK)公告,於2021年6月17日,公司接獲香港聯合交易所有限公司發出的一封函件,當中載列公司恢復股份於聯交所買賣的指引。根據復牌指引,公司應:
1.刊發上市規則規定的所有未刊發財務業績,並說明任何審覈修訂;2.證明公司已遵守上市規則第13.24條;及3.告知市場所有重要信息,以供公司股東及投資者評估公司的狀況。聯交所要求公司於公司證券獲準恢復買賣前,糾正導致公司暫停買賣問題,並全面遵守上市規則以令聯交所信納。就此,公司負有主要責任制定公司復牌計劃。聯交所亦表示,倘若公司情況發生變化,其可能修改或補充復牌指引。
