海底捞(06862.HK):拟投资不低于24亿元建设海底捞总部园区
格隆汇 12 月 20日丨海底捞(06862.HK)宣布,于2020年12月19日,公司已与成都东部新区管理委员会订立投资及合作协议及其补充协议(统称"投资及合作协议"),据此,公司将(其中包括)依据法律法规取得目标土地的土地使用权、建设及开发目标土地,以作为集团的总部园区("海底捞总部园区")。该项目预期五年建成,总投资额将不低于人民币24亿元。
据悉,该项目位于中国成都东部新区高明镇白金山水库片区,建议场地面积约1,348亩,公司将(其中包括)依据法律法规取得目标土地的土地使用权、建设及开发目标土地,以作为海底捞总部园区。海底捞总部园区将主要包括接待中心、会议中心、企业历史及文化展览中心、员工宿舍、新技术展览中心、培训中心、图书馆、餐厅、酒店、办公室及其他相关设施等。
公告称,集团目前租赁物业以供自用为办公室,并无集中总部。公司认为开发总部园区能够更好地支持集团的运营及集团餐厅网路的扩张。公司认为,海底捞总部园区的开发及建设将通过推广集团的企业历史文化而增强员工凝聚力及归属感,巩固集团行之多年的管理理念,让员工与企业之间的情感连接和渊源更为深厚,使雇员的利益与集团继续保持一致,这将有助推动集团自下而上的动态增长、战略扩张及未来发展,发挥海底捞总部园区承载精神文化的其中一项重要功能。海底捞总部园区也将被打造成为餐饮行业交流的平台,以促进公司与餐饮行业的上下游企业的沟通,推动产业的协同发展。
此外,随着集团近年来的业务发展和未来扩张,我们的业务运营等方面需要更加标准化的管理,为我们的快速扩张提供支援。海底捞总部园区的开发及建设也将有助为本集团现有及未来的运营夯实基础,使集团更好控制技术研究及开发、食品安全、资讯技术、财务及餐厅扩张战略等业务运营的关键方面。公司相信,中国市场提供了巨大的发展机遇,我们对中国经济发展前景充满信心,并愿意通过投资积极扩大在中国市场的业务和发展。公司认为,海底捞总部园区开发及建设顺应中国经济发展的趋势,将为集团的战略发展奠定坚实基础。
