格隆汇 12 月 3日丨中国赛特(00153.HK)发布公告,2020年12月1日,公司收到两名独立债券持有人就公司于2019年或前后发行金额分别为港币66万元及人民币45万元的债券项下指称的尚未偿还债务的呈请。呈请定于2021年3月3日在香港高等法院审理。
公司股份已自2020年6月22日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖,并将继续暂停买卖,直至另行通知为止。
