三一国际(00631.HK)附属认购若干结构性存款及金融产品
格隆汇 9 月 9日丨三一国际(00631.HK)公告,公司全资附属公司三一重型装备与华夏银行分别于2019年1月22日、2019年6月24日、2019年11月25日及2019年11月26日订立四份认购协议,据此,三一重型装备同意认购华夏银行金额分别为人民币2亿元、人民币2亿元、人民币3.2亿元及人民币1亿元的四份结构性存款产品。
于2019年10月30日,公司全资附属公司湖南港口设备与华夏银行订立一份认购协议,据此,湖南港口设备认购华夏银行金额为人民币1亿元的一份金融产品。
