湖北广电(000665.SZ):“湖广转债”将暂停转股
格隆汇 7 月 8日丨湖北广电(000665.SZ)公布,鉴于公司将于近日发布公司2019年度权益分派实施公告,根据《湖北省广播电视信息网络股份有限公司公开发行可转换公司债券募集说明书》中“转股价格的调整方式及计算公式”等条款的规定,自2020年7月9日起至此次权益分派股权登记日止,公司可转换公司债券(债券简称:湖广转债、债券代码:127007)将暂停转股,此次权益分派股权登记日后的第一个交易日起恢复转股。
