晨鑫科技(002447.SZ)：2019年预亏9.8亿元-11.7亿元
格隆汇1月22日丨晨鑫科技(002447.SZ)披露2019年度业绩预告，公司预计2019年1-12月归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损9.8亿元-11.7亿元，同比扩大54.16%-84.05%。
本报告期归属于上市公司股东的净利润与上年同期相比下降的主要原因如下：
1、2019年游戏行业在监管政策持续影响下，市场份额向头部企业聚集，公司在缺乏游戏开发能力的情况下竞争力持续下降，业绩大幅下滑并出现亏损。根据《企业会计准则第8号——资产减值》、证监会《会计监管风险提示第8号——商誉减值》等相关会计和监管政策规定，经公司初步测算，本年度预计计提商誉减值准备人民币5.6亿元左右。
2、公司股东刘德群及其附属公司因购买和租赁公司资产，形成大额应付款项，2019年经股东大会审议通过后双方同意延期，但截至目前其仍拖欠相关款项，鉴于刘德群因涉嫌操纵证券市场、内幕交易仍处于案件调查过程中，以及其附属公司的经营状态，公司判断该款项回收存在困难，经过测算，本年度预计计提坏账准备人民币1.5亿元左右。
3、根据谨慎性原则，公司结合行业政策、市场趋势、公司经营情况和客户信用，对海参业务遗留的应收款项和游戏业务应收款项进行摸底测算，本年度预计计提坏账准备人民币7600万元左右。
4、根据海参养殖行业的形势和公司对外租赁的情况，公司存续的与海参业务相关的固定资产，经初步测算，本年度预计计提固定资产减值准备人民币1.4亿元左右。
5、公司对外投资与游戏相关的参股公司，由于受到行业监管及自身经营影响，出现连续亏损并且没有好转势头，基于谨慎性原则，公司本年度预计计提长期投资减值准备人民币4300万元左右。
6、根据谨慎性原则，并结合行业政策、市场趋势和公司经营情况，公司与游戏平台相关的无形资产，本年度预计计提无形资产减值准备人民币1440万元左右。
