弘浩国际控股(08375.HK)拟收购600亩北海市土地建设半导体生产设施
格隆汇10月21日丨弘浩国际控股(08375.HK)公布，因注意到中国广西省北海市政府向投资者提供具有吸引力的政策及资源，本公司已于2019年10月18日向北海市工业园区管理委员会提交一份意向书，展示其涉及在北海市工业园区收购土地及建设生产设施的业务投资及发展初步提议事项。
本公司建议在中国广西省北海市成立一家新的外资企业，该企业将主要从事制造分立式半导体、半导体式封装多层式聚合物铝质电容器及半导体式封装聚合物钽质电容器（统称该等产品）。公司建议收购约600亩土地，将分阶段施工，工期约为两年。第一年，本集团计划完成基础设施及部分生产设施的建设，并开展该等产品的小规模试产。第二年，本集团计划完成主要生产设施的建设并开始该等产品的批量生产；及创设约5,000个新岗位。
同时，本集团正对提议事项进行可行性研究，该研究将考虑多项因素，包括但不限于该等产品的潜在市场及客户、估计投资成本及资本支出、潜在回报以及土地及场地的合适性及人员配置要求等其他营运事项。本集团将于完成后向相关机关提交可行性研究报告以供审批。
公司称，该等产品具有更低阻抗、更低能耗、更小体积及更低成本等特点，在耗电及性能方面具有更大优势，因而在分立式半导体器件及被动元器件市场越来越受欢迎。该等产品主要用于笔记本、图形处理器、5G网络通讯设备、工业控制系统及汽车设备中。本公司董事会认为，中国的相关市场因该等产品的特色、功能及性能提升而整体呈上升趋势。
监于相关市场趋势不断走高，本集团计划投资批量生产该等产品，从而可与本集团的产品组合形成互补，丰富本集团的产品范围，并降低本集团对若干现有核心产品的依赖。本集团利用其自有专利生产方法开发装置、原材料及生产流程，以促进该等产品的生产。推出该等产品为本集团业务增长中的一环，可助力本集团把握相关市场的良好发展前景，从而拓宽其收益基础。
